[Alex Seryoua: Episode I]

needs a little more work

I'm all for a new animation with a story, especially since I'm tired of seeing a parody of something or crap out of little kids and any crew, but there's nothing really too clear about the story line. It seems to be intentional, since you're obviously going to make more of these. You need to work on making the animation a little smoother, get rid of the frantic camera work, and let the next episode have a good continuity.

that movie was nothing short of astounding

everything was detailed, the animation was smooth, and the characters were lively. you have an art for telling a story without dialog.

just like the cartoons of yesteryear

good audio that actually is reminescent of those cartoons I used to watch as a kid and the animation tied it well with the song.

it's just a bit out of sync

What can I say?

It's good you changed the character designs a little (I saw the previous version and it really did look like that e-surance chick) I don't know what angle you'll approach this sci-fi flash, but if it's good I'll stay tuned. This project seems promising.

freaking awesome

Oh god I love this series. Normally I think sprite animations are half assed works, but the way that all of this was pulled off without trying too hard or being stupid half way through was amazing. That's usually the stigma of sprite animations that make me dislike them. Grade A collaboration.
